Your Mental Health Matters

We cannot emphasize enough the importance of understanding and prioritizing your mental health, especially during these unprecedented times. We are in the middle of a pandemic that the world has never seen before and we do not yet know how this will impact who we are and the world around us. That is why we, at the Arizona Center for Marriage and Family Therapy, are prioritizing your mental health.

With the information we have thus far, we know that more and more people are being affected by depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder as a result of the pandemic and how it has affected and continues to affect our loved ones and our communities. According to Forbes Magazine, more than one-third of Americans have shown signs of depression and anxiety since the beginning of the pandemic and that the pandemic has been a significant source of stress for folks, including young people.

Although these times are uncertain and stressful, we are in this together and you are not alone.
