Stephanie Gray
I believe that every individual is worthy of respect and the dignity of their life should be upheld and protected. This belief system is carried through in the therapy room where I will work diligently to create a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. I desire to create an environment where you will feel safe, seen, heard, understood, and loved. I feel strongly that human beings were made for community and that we all struggle from time to time. As a therapist, it is my privilege to walk alongside you and accompany you in your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Individual
Taking a step to better yourself and find time for your mental health can be difficult. I want to assure you that you are not in this journey alone. Taking this step takes courage and I am happy to accompany you and help you see your strengths and find ways to work towards your goals and healing.
Couples
Relationships can be difficult. Whether you are going through a rough patch, struggling with communication or have been betrayed through infidelity I believe that if a couple is willing to come in and work on the conflicts that are plaguing their relationship then there is always hope even in the most dire situation. I can assist in working through conflicts and developing effective communication skills and understanding each other’s perspective in order to reestablish attachment bonds and rebuild healthier relationships.
Trauma
Trauma can make us stuck and create barriers in life that are difficult to bring down and prevent us from living a happy and fulfilling life. Trauma creates shame in our lives which cause us to believe things about ourselves that are not true. It is my goal to help you overcome the pains of past hurt and help you rediscover the strength you have. Using a trauma-informed approach, we can collaboratively set attainable goals to set you on a path of healing.
