She’s not just passionate about managing life – she’s highly skilled  in intentional living and building resilience. Using her skills in active listening and effective communication, Kristin guides individuals, couples, and families towards positive change.


Individuals

She believes in a collaborative approach, empowering you to actively engage in your journey towards growth. Through this process, you’ll gain confidence in navigating life’s obstacles, not just personally, but in your relationships and your interactions with the world.


Couples

In relationships, Kristin creates a safe space to explore vulnerabilities. She acknowledges that every couple faces challenges and stress, but believes in helping them understand and improve how they relate to each other. Recognizing the unique identity of each partner and the couple as a whole is key. Kristin guides couples to discover their joint identity, fostering growth and resilience for a stronger, united “one”.


Families and Parenting

Kristin emphasizes the importance of understanding family structures to build healthier dynamics. She helps families identify roles, strengths, and boundaries that impact their functioning. By grounding families in foundational principles, she supports healthy identity development in children. Kristin encourages a balance of independence and family support, creating resilient individuals capable of facing life’s challenges while staying connected to their roots.Working with Couples


Education and Background

Kristin is a supervised clinician finishing her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a nationally accredited program. She is a member of AAMFT, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society.
