Jennette Jenkins
Counseling is a powerful and empowering process that provides a safe space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with support and understanding. Whether you are navigating personal challenges, relationship concerns, or life transitions, therapy can help you gain insight, build resilience, and develop meaningful tools for
growth. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, counseling encourages self-awareness, strengthens inner resources, and fosters lasting change—helping you move toward greater clarity, connection, and overall well-being.
Individuals
Jennette works with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the impact of betrayal and infidelity. She is especially passionate about helping clients navigate relationship trauma and rebuild a sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust.
Her counseling style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. She strives to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected, and she helps individuals identify and build upon their inherent strengths.
Jennette integrates several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment-based models, and solution-focused techniques. She also incorporates faith when it is meaningful to the client, honoring personal values and beliefs as part of the healing process.
Couples
Jennette is passionate about working with couples who are navigating relational challenges, including attachment injury, disconnection, life transitions, and the impact of betrayal or infidelity. She is especially dedicated to helping couples repair trust, rebuild emotional safety, and strengthen their connection.
She utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based approaches to help partners better understand one another’s needs, emotions, and patterns. Jennette provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where both partners feel heard and validated.
When working with betrayal trauma, she incorporates principles from the Minwalla model to help couples understand relational harm, establish clarity, and move toward accountability and healing. Her collaborative approach empowers couples to rebuild trust and create more secure, meaningful relationships.
