Ashley Rogers

Ashley brings a warm, steady presence to her work with couples and individuals navigating relationship strains, emotional stress, and the complexities of daily life. She values creating a space where clients feel heard and supported, and can slow down to understand themselves and their relationships better. Ashley is intentional about
meeting each client where they are and approaches therapy as a compassionate, collaborative process, supporting clients in meaningful growth that feels optimistic, realistic, and sustainable.

Couples Therapy

Ashley works with couples navigating communication breakdowns, feeling stuck in cycles that create distance, parenting stress, life transitions, and challenges with work and family boundaries. She supports partners in increasing awareness of their interaction patterns and finding new ways to respond to one another with greater
openness and care. Her work is centered on helping couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen their sense of partnership.

Individual Therapy

Ashley provides a supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She is especially passionate about working with teen girls and women who are often carrying significant internal and external pressures while wanting to feel more grounded, confident, and aligned in their lives. In therapy, she helps clients explore their experiences, strengthen coping skills, and build a deeper sense of confidence and self-compassion.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

As Ashley started her career as a fifth-grade teacher, she knows how to create a warm and supportive environment where children and teens feel safe to express themselves and begin building emotional and relational skills. Ashley works with children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges at home, school,
or in relationships. She supports concerns such as anxiety, low self-esteem, peer difficulties, school stress, grief, trauma, and family conflict. She also collaborates with parents when helpful to support progress outside of sessions.

Education and Personal Life

Ashley is a supervised clinician completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. Outside of her clinical work, Ashley values an active and happy lifestyle. She enjoys strength training and personal fitness, works regularly on nervous system health and wellness, and finds that movement helps her stay balanced and regulated in her own life. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially in her role as a “boy mom”, and appreciates the energy, humor, and connection that comes with raising her sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, being outdoors, staying active, and participating in sports and recreational activities that bring both challenge and enjoyment.
