Connecting in Crisis

With each new day, it feels like we are facing more and more crises and troubles in the world around us. There is only so much we can do and control though in dealing with the conflict and the pain that we are seeing in our communities. What we can control though is how we treat those around us, especially our loved ones.

So now is the time to turn towards each other, instead of away. Provide validation, instead of criticism. Provide support, instead of isolation. Provide connection, instead of conflict. Provide love, instead of hate.

This is the time that we can continue to foster and strengthen our relationships with each other. The world may be in crisis, but there can still be peace in your home and in your lives.
